Uruz Rune Ritual Candle

Strength does not always arrive as force.

Sometimes it begins as the quiet decision to stand again.

The Uruz Rune Ritual Candle was created as a symbolic tool for working with vitality,
resilience, courage, grounding and the return to one’s own inner power.

Uruz is traditionally associated with primal life force, endurance and the ability to move through challenge
without losing connection with the self.

Its symbolism speaks of strength that is not borrowed from the outside, but awakened from within.

The candle bears the Uruz rune and is handcrafted from
100% natural beeswax in the Divine Alchemy by Iren studio.

Its flame may accompany ritual, meditation or personal reflection during periods of change,
exhaustion, uncertainty or the need to reconnect with determination and inner stability.

ᚢ The Meaning of Uruz

Uruz is commonly recognised as the second rune of the Elder Futhark.

Its symbolism is connected with:

• vitality and life force
• inner strength and resilience
• courage and determination
• endurance during periods of challenge
• grounding and embodiment
• renewal after exhaustion or stagnation
• personal transformation
• self-reliance and inner stability
• the courage to act when change is necessary

Uruz represents a form of strength that is alive, instinctive and deeply rooted.

It is not about forcing yourself forward at any cost.
It is about returning to the part of yourself that still knows how to stand, choose and move.

Strength is not the absence of exhaustion.
It is the moment you begin to return to yourself.

Transformation

🌿 Working with the Energy of Uruz

Uruz may be incorporated into ritual work when the intention is to strengthen your relationship with your own capacity,
endurance and inner stability.

It may accompany moments when you are preparing for change, rebuilding after a difficult period
or consciously choosing to move from passivity into action.

The rune does not promise strength from somewhere outside you.

Its symbolism points back to the force that is already present within.

It may be connected with courage, resilience, renewal, grounding or the need to reconnect with your own inner strength.

You may speak your intention aloud, write it down or simply hold it clearly in your mind.

Light the candle and allow the flame to become a focal point for meditation or ritual reflection.

You may use an affirmation such as:

I return to my strength.
I trust the power within me.

The candle may be used during one ritual or across several sessions according to your personal practice.
