02 \/ Products and prices<\/h2>

Read each product description for its materials, dimensions, quantity and other characteristics. Handmade items can vary in appearance. Follow the candle-care and safety instructions supplied with the product.<\/p>

The store currently displays prices in Polish z\u0142oty (PLN). Review the products, quantities, delivery charges and total at checkout before submitting an order.<\/p>

OWNER REVIEW \u00b7 PRICE & TAX DISPLAY<\/strong>Confirm the seller\u2019s VAT treatment and all required tax and price statements. Align the product pages, checkout, invoices and order emails. No tax status is inferred from the current settings.<\/div><\/section>

03 \/ Placing an order<\/h2>

Choose your items, review the cart and enter the information requested at checkout. Guest checkout is enabled; an account can also be created through Strefa Patrona<\/a>.<\/p>

04 \/ Payment and delivery<\/h2>

Orders will be dispatched from Poland. Delivery destinations, services, rates and processing times are being finalised. Read Dostawa i p\u0142atno\u015b\u0107i<\/a> and the information displayed at checkout.<\/p>

OWNER REVIEW \u00b7 LIVE CHECKOUT<\/strong>Confirm the final payment methods and delivery arrangements. WooPayments is currently in test mode. The present Poland \/ Free shipping setting must be reviewed; it is not a promise of free delivery for all orders.<\/div><\/section>

05 \/ Returns and complaints<\/h2>

Our Returns & Refunds policy<\/a> explains withdrawal, refunds, returning goods and complaints about damaged, incorrect or non-conforming products. It includes the relevant contact and return addresses.<\/p>

Being handmade or discounted does not by itself remove statutory rights. These terms do not exclude mandatory consumer protections.<\/p><\/section>

06 \/ Business purchases<\/h2>

For wholesale enquiries, visit B2B<\/a>. The current wholesale process requires confirmation of availability, delivery costs, applicable VAT and timing before the order is accepted or payment requested.<\/p>
