Are the candles made from natural beeswax?
The current candle collection includes natural beeswax candles. Read the individual product description for its materials, colour, herbs and any other additions.
Why can handmade candles vary slightly?
Small differences in shape, colour and surface texture are part of making candles by hand. Check the product description for the stated size and materials.
How should I prepare the wick and burn my candle?
Follow the instructions supplied with your candle, including any wick-trimming guidance. Use a stable, suitable candle holder on a heat-resistant surface. Keep the flame away from draughts, flammable objects, children and pets, and never leave a burning candle unattended.
How should candles be stored?
Keep unlit candles in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, heat and sources of ignition. Protect them from dust and avoid bending slender candles.
Why can a candle drip?
Draughts, a tilted candle, heat and the shape of the candle can affect dripping. Keep the candle upright in a suitable holder and protect the surface beneath it.
How long do the candles burn?
Burn time depends on the candle’s size, form and burning conditions. Use the information supplied with the specific product; we do not apply one burn-time promise to the whole collection.

How should a herbal candle be burned safely?
Use a suitable heat-resistant holder or tray and keep the surrounding area clear. Never leave it unattended. If the flame becomes unusually large or burning becomes unstable, extinguish it safely and allow the wax and holder to cool before handling. Do not use water on burning wax.

Where do you ship?
