02 / Products and prices
Read each product description for its materials, dimensions, quantity and other characteristics. Handmade items can vary in appearance. Follow the candle-care and safety instructions supplied with the product.

03 / Placing an order
Choose your items, review the cart and enter the information requested at checkout. Guest checkout is enabled; an account can also be created through Patron Cabinet.
04 / Payment and delivery
Orders will be dispatched from Poland. Delivery destinations, services, rates and processing times are being finalised. Read Delivery & Payment and the information displayed at checkout.
05 / Returns and complaints
Our Returns & Refunds policy explains withdrawal, refunds, returning goods and complaints about damaged, incorrect or non-conforming products. It includes the relevant contact and return addresses.
Being handmade or discounted does not by itself remove statutory rights. These terms do not exclude mandatory consumer protections.
06 / Business purchases
For wholesale enquiries, visit B2B. The current wholesale process requires confirmation of availability, delivery costs, applicable VAT and timing before the order is accepted or payment requested.
See the business-purchase section of Returns & Refunds for the distinction between professional business purchases and any consumer-equivalent protections provided by law.
07 / Accounts and personal data
Keep your account credentials private and contact us if you need help with an account. See Privacy Policy (GDPR / RODO) for information about personal data and the items still awaiting confirmation.
